MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Attorneys in good standing who are licensed to practice before a Federal Court or a court of record in a U.S. state, district or territory, including retired attorneys, may join the FBA as Members.  Law students in the U.S. may join the FBA as Associate Members.
